Body Cupping For The Legs

Leg cupping has become my latest obsession 🫶🏼 Training for a marathon has been tough on my legs. Cupping has become my go-to method for easing muscle tension, freeing up tight fascia, and enhancing flexibility, making it an affordable and efficient alternative.


  • Apply a good amount of body oil to both legs
  • Grab your body cup
  • Glide the cup up and down, side to side all along the legs
  • Stimulate each leg for at least two minutes

*Remember to use gentle pressure and to consult with your primary before performing cupping
