Share your story and how you came to discover facial exercises.
After 5 years of working as an event planner, I decided to close my business due to the pandemic. And it has been the best decision of my life!
From there, I gave myself the time to experiment, create and pursue specific dreams like modeling. After years of thinking about it, I finally sent my photos to hundreds of agencies, until I managed to be part of one! And during this time of experimentation, I also established the best habit which is to take care of my skin.
In those self-care moments, SKIINCAMP was being created without me even knowing. One day the TANAKA METHOD, which I had discovered years ago, came to my mind. I started practicing it and that method led me to another and more techniques and then I decided to take courses to understand facial anatomy and how these techniques worked. Months later I decided to share what I learned with friends and family. Everyone was fascinated, that's when I decided to share it with the world, especially women.
And after months of planning, SKIINCAMP came to light, a space created to connect with your skin, understand it and learn to define it with NATURAL techniques through online courses.
What are the benefits of facial exercises?
It helps to relax the muscles of the face, define and tone the face, eliminate toxins and most importantly for me, it helps you connect with the present moment and with YOUR SKIN.
How can I incorporate facial exercises in my day-to-day life? And what are the best steps to follow?
It is very easy to incorporate them into your day-to-day life since a GYM FACIAL routine lasts from 5 to 10 minutes. I always do exercises and facial massages as the last step of my SKIN CARE at night and if it's in the morning, I do my gym facial routine and when I finish, I apply my sunscreen, it's that simple.
Here is a guide if you are new to FACIAL GYM: always apply facial oil, this way we will avoid friction and hurt the skin. Next, relax your shoulders and neck, now it's time to massage the entire face to relax and eliminate toxins. As a next step, tone your muscles with facial exercises, choosing 1 to 2 areas to work on, for example, eyes and forehead. And to close, breathe consciously.
Tell us a bit about how you incorporate facial exercises into your routine.
For me the FACIAL GYM is a ritual and I do it at night. I disconnect from the outside by lighting a candle and drinking chamomile tea. My routines are simple, and I usually work on the jawline and smile lines.
What tools do you need to practice facial exercises?
To practice GYM FACIAL you only need your hands and facial oil.

Como puedo incorporar los ejercicios faciales en el día a día? Y cuales son los mejores pasos a seguir?Es muy sencillo incorporarlos en el día a día, ya que una rutina de GYM FACIAL dura de 5 a 10 minutos. Yo siempre realizo los ejercicios y masajes faciales como último paso de mi SKIN CARE por las noches y si es por la mañana, realizo mi rutina y al terminar aplico mi protector solar, así de sencillo.
Aquí una guía si eres nueva en GYM FACIAL, aplica siempre aceite facial, de esta manera evitaremos fricción y lastimar la piel. En seguida, relaja los hombros y cuello, ahora es momento de realizar el masaje en todo el rostro para relajar y eliminar toxinas, como siguiente paso tonifica los músculos con los ejercicios faciales eligiendo de 1 a 2 zonas a trabajar, por ejemplo, ojos y frente. Y para cerrar, respira conscientemente.
Cuentanos un poco sobre como tu incorporas los ejercicios faciales en tu rutina.Para mi el GYM FACIAL es un ritual y lo realizo por las noches, me desconecto del exterior, prendiendo una vela y tomando un té de manzanilla. Mis rutinas son sencillas y normalmente trabajo línea mandibular y líneas de la sonrisa.
¿Qué herramientas necesitas para practicar los ejercicios faciales?Para practicar GYM FACIAL sólo necesitas tus manos y un aceite facial.
