6 tips to combat breakouts/acne

If you are having breakouts, here are a few tips you can start doing to help your skin heal! ⠀ ⠀

1 - Let your skin breathe!  Sometimes we add too much makeup & it ends up being worse! Be gentle to your skin, let the breakouts heal. If you are looking for a concealer to help cover the redness, avoid using one with comedogenic ingredients & instead try to go natural or use one with salicylic acid on it!⠀ ⠀

2 - Wash your makeup brushes, they usually carry a lot of bacteria! Clean them!! 🧼  ⠀

3 - Expired products are always a NO-NO❌ No matter how expensive they were or how much you love them, if they are expired TOSS them!⠀ ⠀

4 - Cold roll! Ice helps with inflammation, it will decrease redness & help you heal faster. We love Glow Skincare's Cold Roller 🧡

5 - Avoid comedogenic ingredients! Stop using products that are clogging your pores, avoid DIY masks 🧖‍♀️  like pure coconut oil or olive oil, it will not help you with breakouts it will eventually make it worse!
